Helen Marie reports that baby boy Striker passed the 10 exercises required to earn the AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate. At 5 months old it looks like he has a long career ahead of him! I did not realize that you could gey the CGC that young. Congs!!!!!
It is just a certificate not an AKC title which would then require the 6 month age limit. We completed the six week beginning obedience class and they do a CGC on the seventh week. I really didn't think he would pass - I thought he would blow the down and the recall under pressure and he had never done a 3 minute supervisd separation - boy did the little boy surprise me!!! Thank you for the congrats, see me smiling. :-}
