What a lovely pictorial tribute to a one in a million dog. It is so hard to believe he is gone, and even harder to believe that I remember meeting him as a brand new member of Helen Marie's dog family almost 15 years ago! Why did the years fly by so fast? My heart goes out to you, HM, he was such a wonderful all around dog and embraced life with everything he had, even defeating cancer because he wasn't done yet.
When I saw Magnum last month, I told HelenMarie that looking into his eyes I felt I could see his heart. I'm so glad I was able to feed him cookies. He certainly was a sweetheart.
Helen Marie - you have been in my thoughts today. He was such a special boy. We never have enough time with our special ones even when they have lived a long life. The both of you made the most of the time you had. Great times and great memories.
Thank you all for the comments. I can't believe my beautiful boy is gone. What a giant hole in my heart and the household. True they never live long enough but Magnum put a LOT of LIVING in those 14.10 years he was with me. Hug you pups tonight.
